SHIPPING POLICY

I do my best to keep all items stocked, on occasion things are made to order. Please allow up to one week for shipping. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is processed. 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS

Time To Be Candle Co. is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. We ensure all items are shipped to the addresses provided. If an item does not arrive or is missing please reach out to USPS/UPS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales are final.

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If there is any damage please reach out right away so we can address and fix the situation.
