Service Description
candle-making, sustainable candles, quality candles, candle classes, coconut soy wax, olive oil wax, allergy-friendly Come join us for a fun candle-making experience! We will walk you through making a cleaner, sustainable, and quality candle. You will personally craft your candle from choosing your container to blending your own scent. We use coconut soy wax for our classes, but we have an alternative olive oil wax if you have an allergy. If you do have an allergy please let us know in advance. We can host up to 8 people per class. Cancellation Policy
Candle-Making Class Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations and rescheduling as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Cancellation by Participants: Full Refund: If you cancel 7 or more days prior to the class, you will receive a full refund. Partial Refund: If you cancel 3-6 days prior to the class, you will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: If you cancel less than 72 hours before the class, no refund will be issued. 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class free of charge if you notify us at least 3 days prior to your class date. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the class may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the class price. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled class without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be available. 4. Cancellation by Organizer: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
